Hailing from Bracciano, Italy, Chef Marco brings over 16 years of experience from Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels throughout Italy and New York City. Inspired by watching his Abruzzese grandmother cook for the family during his childhood, he enrolled at the C.P.F.P. Alberghiero di Amatrice culinary school in Rieti. After graduation, he trained in Rome at renowned Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels including Palazzo Manfredi, St Regis Hotel, and the Hotel Splendide Royal, gaining deep expertise in traditional Italian cuisine.

In 2014, Chef Marco moved to New York City where he worked at prestigious establishments such as Le Cirque, the Core Club, and Michelin-starred Benno, another restaurant from the Bastion Collection.

He joined Le Jardinier New York in 2022 before stepping into his new role as Executive Chef at Tavola in 2025. Chef Marco brings his passion and refined skills to Houston, elevating the restaurant’s Italian dining experience.
